Return Policy

We stand by our products and are committed to providing our customers with high quality footwear, apparel, and accessories. If you believe you have a defective product, the first step is to contact the retailer where the product was purchased to initiate the exchange of the defective merchandise. Defective Product Form

Dear Valued AVIA Customer,

At AVIA (Sequential Brands Group), we stand by our products and we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. We do understand at times there will be manufacturer defects and we are prepared to review those situations. The first step is to contact the retailer where the product was purchased to initiate the exchange of the defective merchandise.

If the retailer is unable to assist you, we are able to accept a return accommodation on your merchandise. Once your return is received, the product will be reviewed by our quality control team within 5 business days. If the product is deemed a manufacturer defect we will replace it with either the same product or a comparable model. We can accept back defective returns that have a shipping address within the United States and Canada only.

Products that are not found to be a manufacturer defect or have been worn longer than the life of the shoe (1 year wear is industry average) will be recycled. Product with a production date older than 3 years will not be considered for exchange.

We recommend you send your return back via a traceable method, as consumers are responsible for the safe return of all merchandise.

Please include a letter with the following information:

1) RA# 1320 (goes on the outside of your return as well)
2) Name
3) Address
4) Phone #
5) Email address
6) A brief description of the problem you are having and your correct shoe size.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs and will replace your shoe with either the same model (if available) or a similar model of our choosing. All exchanges are final.

Avia.com Return Procedure

We are 100% committed to our product as well as service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order from avia.com, we will be glad to accept a return. Here are a few keys to a smooth return: 

• Please return merchandise in original condition, unused and unworn. For recycling purposes we request that you do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoebox. Please indicate reason for your return on back of invoice. 
• Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS or insured parcel post. A return label can be found on the lower right hand portion of the invoice enclosed with the original shipment (or see below for return address). Please include a copy of invoice with your return. 
• If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 90 days) we will gladly reimburse shipping charges (up to $7.00) and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. In all other circumstances, shipping charges are nonrefundable. 
• Refunds on returns, exchanges, and reimbursements will be made in the form of credits to the credit card used in the original purchase. 
• Due to our efforts to bring you the latest in AVIA footwear and apparel we request that items are returned within 45 days of receipt.
