Virginia Berasategui used the home-course advantage to post definitive wins at the ETU European Long Distance Championships in Eneko Llanos’ hometown of Vitoria, Spain. Berasategui pulled away from the rest of the women’s field with a blistering bike and held on for a comfortable four-minute victory.
