Pushing myself to exercise daily. Sweating off unwanted lbs as I slowly but surely attempt to regain my previous state of health. Avia shoes always on my feet during the process.

The 5792 MBYR is the new compression cushioning shoe the guys in this video are using. Avia has come out with many new cushioning systems the past few years: convexus system, dcs ultra, the arc, soft gel ryd, etc. I was a big fan of the convexus system which seems to have been discontinued for some reason. However, I'm glad to report that this new technology is even better than convexus. These new compression cushion shoes are so comfortable, light, supportive, etc. I already own five pair and I'm glad I do. Also, I'm sure that this technology will be continued with other models, colors, etc. The neon colors elicted a few chuckles. They are definately an attention getter thats for sure.

I would suggest going a 1/2 smaller than your usual size in the new offroad avi-bolt shoes. I ordered a pair of size 10's today from Jeff and the gang at avia direct. My previous pair had been a size 10.5. Really an exceptional shoe. One of avia's best. I'm up to 3 miles a day and some of the fat rolls from my 'muffin top' are beginning to melt off. I can even touch my toes again!!!!

Just ordered the avi-bolt trail and the lite guidance 4, 6, and 9 from avia direct on this site. Avia's shoes deliver a very unique kind of comfort and performance. Once you wear Avia shoes you will be hooked. I have been for over 20 years now. I get a lot of compliments on the styling and color as well.

I ordered the men's model yesterday on Zappos for $95 - shipping included. Looks like a sweet shoe! That was the first place online that I saw them available for purchase. I also ordered two pair of the new CC shoes off of this site. Avia is really making some nice shoes lately.

Conrad Stoltz is a beast! You know, mma star Nick Diaz is big into triathlon training and said he does Xterra races as a hobby. It would be so cool to see avia throw their hat into mma and sign Diaz to an endorsement deal. He is an amazing fighter most known for non-stop cardio and endurance.

I'm definately buying these! The Bolt series has been an excellent one. These look to be more trail influenced. Like I said, when they become available I will order a pair pronto.

I am happy to report that I've purchased the last pair available of the 2545 MWXD - size 10.5 - on amazon for just $60.00. I also picked up two pair of the same model but a different color combo (MSXR) in sizes 10 and 10.5 respectively, also for just $60.00 per pair. This shoe retails for at least twice this amount so feel akin to having had just found the "bargain of the century" so to speak. I only run 2 to 3 miles a day and these avi-quests give me the perfect amount of cushioning (without feeling 'squishy'), protection, support, etc. I find the MSXR, which is the grey, silver, red, black colorway, to be more aesthetically pleasing, but the main thing is that they are an absolute joy to wear. I'm probably in the minority on this but I actually am not a huge fan of the skull adorning the back of shoe. For this reason I often use the avi-quest lite for casual purposes: walking, etc. I don't think "victory or death" neccessarily applies to pauchy, weekend warriors like myself who are just trying to shed the poundage of our middle-aged muffin tops. I still have the sticker on the back of my car though. I want people to know I wear and believe in the avia brand. I'm proud to purchase avia shoes and apparel. You just won't get me confused with Conrad the Caveman or Eduardo Sturla anytime soon!........lol
