Ha! Was 3rd at Vineman this weekend! Broke the bike course record but ran 4 minutes slower than last year. What a blast!

It's nationals and I am doing the tt, crit and road race. Should be a blast!

Was 3rd overall at tour de nez stage race. Went well. Off tomorrow for my last week of bike racing in bend, oregon!

Tomorrow I head to Tahoe for 4 days of racing. Doing Tour de Nez and then a super hard crit in Nevada city on Sunday. Wish me luck!

@jodihardee ABSOLUTELY! They're great for anyone on their feet a lot. I have 2 nurses in my TRX class & they love them for work. Comfy too!
