15 YEARS AGO I DEVELOPED SOME GROW OF BONES IN THE
TENDON OF AQUILES. IT HURTS 24X 7 = grade 4
AFTER RUNNING 3 OR MORE MILES, THE PAIN INCREASE…..
I STOPPED RUNNING FOR MANY YEARS AND I STARTED
RUNNING ON THE WATER.
NOW I AM RUNNING ON PAVIMENT AND I FEEL I AM RUNNING ON THE WATER. THERE IS NOT PAIN

I have all the Avi-bolt shoes starting with the first one in the summer of 2008. I am by no means a serious runner but still can appreciate the comfort and lightness it possesses. I use them for jogging and the gym. Avia makes the best athletic shoes around. The cantilever technology is second to none. I know someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis and he swears by the avia brand. It is the only brand that alleviates this condition due to that sweet spot in the heel from the cantilever technology.
